Itinerary:

Day 1 Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – ait ben Haddou – Dades valley.

Our Marrakech to Fes desert tour in 3 days begins when you check into your Marrakech lodging and travels to the Ksar of At-Ben-Haddou via the Tizi N’tichka Mountains. Your next stop would be the Ksar of At-Ben-Haddou once you had crossed Morocco’s High Atlas. You are more than welcome to take an hour-long walking tour of the village’s picturesque surroundings. The southern High Atlas slopes are home to this unique settlement. It is the most well-known one in the Ounila Valley and is more accurately situated in the foothill region of the Province of Ouarzazate. 

There are some historical kasbahs there that have influences from southern Moroccan architecture. Along with the fortified homes, you may also discover a river and a fine café from which to take in the picturesque panorama of Ait Ben Haddou. We proceed on to Ouarzazate to see the Kasbah Taourirt after lunch. We will travel to Dades Valley, also known as the Valley of 1000 Kasbahs, after visiting the movie studio, where we will spend the night in a hotel in a spectacular canyon.
 

Day 2 Dades valley- toudgha gorges- the desert of Merzouga

Following breakfast, we travel from Merzouga’s Dades gorges to the Erg Chebbi Sahara desert. We’ll drive via Tinjdad, Jorf, and Erfoud, where we’ll sense the start of the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet, and then we’ll continue to Merzouga, where your guide and camels will be waiting to transport you across tall sand dunes of the Moroccan Sahara Desert. Berber communities are scatted along the route. To go to our nomad desert tent in Erg Chebbi, we took a camel ride across sand dunes as the sun was setting. Dinner and an overnight stay in a nomad tent in the middle of the Sahara desert to the sound of drums.
 

Day_3 Merzouga – Ifran – Fes

On the final day of our 3-days desert trip from Marrakech to Fes, we’ll rise early to witness a breathtaking sunrise. Breakfast and sandboarding are two activities. We then head back to the hotel. We will start our journey toward Ziz Valley, where there is the second-longest oasis of palm trees in Morocco, in order to see the spectacular vistas that are on offer. We’ll visit numerous villages with established bazaars selling handicrafts, decorative stones, and traditional clothing. traveling to Midelt, often known as the apple city, via Tizi N’Tlghamt. We arrive at the tiny settlement of Zaida for lunch. 

Then, we’ll proceed to the Cedar Forest, where you may ride or take pictures among the cherry trees, Barbary apes, and Berber horses. We’ll travel to the expansive city of Azrou after a while. It also received its name because it is a city surrounded by stones and woods. By the way, its name is a translation of the Berber word for “rock” or “stone.” We will go through the Cedar Forest to Ifrane before arriving at Fes. The latter is referred to as the “small Switzerland,” where we will witness a lion statue made of stone as well as other breathtaking sights. Finally, we shall deliver you to your Fes lodging.
